At work

Building the positioning for Agentic Business Orchestration at UiPath. The enterprise narrative: build at agentic speed, orchestrate at enterprise scale. Analyst relations with Gartner and Forrester, and go-to-market for the ABO portfolio.

Writing

A manuscript on human-AI decision authority in enterprise product marketing was submitted to California Management Review in August 2026. Editorial decision pending. Published a bylined piece in diginomica in June 2026 on agentic AI strategy. Publishing on Substack. Several essays in draft.

Reading

Re-reading The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson. Also working through recent Gartner research on enterprise automation and Geoffrey Moore's Crossing the Chasm.

Thinking about

The gap between how AI agents are marketed and how they fail in production. The enterprise buyers asking the right questions are asking "what happens when it fails?" not "how smart is it?" More on this soon.
