Work

Twenty years of making complicated software legible.

UiPath now. Salesforce and Tableau before. Microsoft Azure before that. A Delhi newsroom before all of it. Reverse chronological. Numbers in the rooms they were made in.

Career
  • UiPath Senior Director, Product Marketing

    Oct 2025 – Present · Seattle

Leading product marketing for the agentic automation portfolio. The three products under this brief are Autopilot, Maestro, and ABO. Together they represent UiPath's bet on AI agents that do not just assist humans but replace entire workflow steps. My job is to give that bet a story enterprise CFOs can repeat without flinching.

I manage a team of roughly twenty product marketers across positioning, launches, analyst relations, and category narrative. The category does not yet have stable nouns. Building it is half the work.

  • Salesforce & Tableau Director, Product Marketing

    2020 – 2025 · Seattle

Five years across the data and AI portfolio. I created the Zero Copy category from a Salesforce internal whiteboard, and watched it become a recognized Gartner category and the language now used by Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft. The category did not exist when I started. That is the work.

On the Tableau AI relaunch, I owned go-to-market end to end and delivered 150% of pipeline target for the quarter. I owned the GTM motion for the 3 million+ Tableau Cloud users across the lifecycle, from launch to adoption to retention.

I led the State of Data and Analytics research report: 11,000 respondents across 18 countries, one of the most widely cited Salesforce data studies of the last five years. I served as Salesforce spokesperson for the IBM Z + Salesforce Data Cloud partnership announcement at IBM Think. I contributed to 13 consecutive Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader placements.

  • Microsoft Azure Senior Product Marketing Manager

    2013 – 2020 · Redmond

Seven years in Redmond, launching Azure services that most people had never heard of. Twelve services over that stretch, including Azure SQL Data Warehouse Gen2. The work was finding the sentence that made a procurement officer say yes to infrastructure her engineers already loved.

On one campaign I drove $100M in pipeline in the first six months. I grew digital impressions 400% year over year for the AI and data portfolio. My articles syndicated across fifteen-plus international Microsoft Azure domains. The messaging architecture I built then is still in use across the Azure AI homepage today.

  • Indian Television Producer

    2007 – 2012 · Delhi

Five years producing television in Delhi. The show was a weekly primetime automobile programme, and it reached 11% primetime viewership in India. Roughly 1 in 9 televisions in the country, on a Tuesday night.

This is where I learned to make things people actually watch, before I spent twenty years making things enterprises actually buy. The skills are the same.
